    • Structure & Rigidity:
      • Bed Construction: The base and bed are a one-piece cast iron structure, offering strong shock resistance and resistance to deformation.
      • Layout: The bed is inclined at a 30° angle, facilitating easier operation and efficient chip removal.
      • Design: Features a space-saving and aesthetically pleasing design.
    • High-Precision Core Components:
      • Spindle: A high-precision Taiwan-made spindle equipped with Japan NSKprecision bearings. It can directly mount hydraulic chucks (e.g., three-jaw) or other elastic chucks.
      • Drive System: Utilizes high-precision JapanTHK ball screws and high-speed linear guide rails (model THK 35).
      • Axes (X & Z): Both axes use high-rigidity linear rails with an optimized span, resulting in low resistance, high rigidity, and high precision.
      • Speed: Rapid traverse speeds up to 24 m/min, improving overall work efficiency.
    • Machining Capability & Options:
      • Standard Work: Suitable for machining short shafts and disc-shaped products.
      • Optional Equipment: Can be equipped with a bar feeder for processing long, slender bar stock.
      • Advanced Function (Y-axis): The optional Y-axis function on the turret enables compound machining, allowing for the processing of complex shapes.
    • Tailstock Design
      • Designed with hardened steel guide locking and hydraulic actuation.
      • Provides high stability and rigidity.

Milling Centers vs. Turning Centers vs. Mill-Turn Centers: What’s the Difference?

CNC milling and turning centers are advanced machine tools that use computer control to precisely cut metal. Turning centers rotate the workpiece to create cylindrical features (lathe-style machining), while milling centers keep the workpiece stationary and remove material using rotating tools.Modern CNC mill turn centers, also known as multi tasking CNC machine tools, combine both processes in one setup, improving accuracy, reducing setups, and greatly boosting machining efficiency. Many systems integrate advanced controllers such as the Syntec control system CNC to increase precision and automation. CNC Turning Centers (Lathes)Function: Rotate a cylindrical workpiece horizontally while a stationary cutting tool moves in to machine diameters, grooves, threads, and profiles. Features: Slant-bed structures for chip evacuation, sub-spindles, and live tooling; some models operate as a turn mill center with Y axis to support basic milling operations. Best For: Round components such as shafts, bushings, bolts, and precision fittings. CNC Milling Centers (Mills)Function: Hold the workpiece stationary while rotating tools (end mills, drills, etc.) remove material in 2D or 3D. Features: Multi-axis capability (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis), vertical or horizontal spindles, and automatic tool changers. When equipped for hybrid machining, they may operate as a milling and turning machining center with Y axis for greater versatility. Best For: Non-cylindrical parts—brackets, molds, aerospace structures, precision housings. Mill-Turn Centers (Multi-Tasking Machines)Function: A combined platform that performs both turning and milling operations in the same machine. Features: Dual spindles, live tooling, B-axis milling heads, Y-axis machining, sub-spindles, and tool magazines—representing the most advanced form of CNC milling and turning centers available from leading CNC milling and turning manufacturers. Benefits: Complete complex parts in a single setup, dramatically reducing cycle time and transfer errors while improving overall precision and throughput.
