This self-developed gantry-style 5-axis machining center is specifically designed for high-value industries such as aerospace, precision molds, medical devices, automotive manufacturing, and 3C electronics. It meets demanding requirements for high complexity, stability, and precision.

      • Constructed with high-strength gray cast iron using resin sand casting process.
      • Comprehensive heat treatment eliminates residual stresses.
      • Optimized via finite element analysis (FEA) for exceptional strength, rigidity, and stability.
    • X/Y/Z Axes:
      • Equipped with R32ball screws and Grade 35 linear guides.
      • Y-axis features 4 guide rails; Z-axis uses 6 blocks for enhanced rigidity.
      • Low dynamic/static friction, minimal vibration, no creeping, high transmission accuracy, and rapid response.
    • AC Axes:
      • Both A and C axes employ Direct Drive Rotary (DDR) motors.
      • A-axis utilizes dual DDR motors for superior torque and precision.
