High-precision spindle: The spindle bearing of the machine tool adopts imported high-precision angular contact bearings to ensure the high rigidity and durable accuracy of the spindle, and the spindle runout is less than 2μm; The main spindle is clamped by a hollow rotary cylinder, and the clamping range and clamping force are larger, which is more suitable for the processing needs of large-diameter materials.

High performance cast iron: newly designed high rigidity structure, high quality Mihanna cast iron (dense cast iron) integral bed and drag plate, after aging treatment, strong rigidity, good stability.

High precision feed system. Feed axis full servo drive, using imported high-precision ball screw bearings, imported high-precision ball screw guideways, key parts using roller guideway to ensure structural rigidity, processing accuracy and long-term accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy of each feed axis ≤3μm.

Guide bush structure. The guide bush mode can be quickly switched between the guide bush mode and the without guide bush mode, which can meet the diversified processing requirements

Tool system: horizontal linear tool layout structure, smooth chip removal, compact structure. Equipped with radial live tools and spindle indexing functions, the rich tool system can meet the complex machining needs of complex turning, milling, drilling and other processes, and can also be a variety of styles of live tools according to customer workpiece requirements.

Automation: The machine can realize automatic continuous processing by configuring automatic feeding machine.
