Through high-precision positioning tooling and four-axis CNC machining center, the concentricity of the inner and outer circles of the production can reach 0.01mm, the smoothness of the hole wall can reach Ra0.2, the flatness of the reference plane can reach 0.005mm, and the concentricity of the fine holes at both ends can reach 0.01mm and the center of the hole. The dimensional accuracy to the reference plane can be accurately controlled within ±0.01mm.
