The three-way catalytic converter is the most important off-board purification device installed in the automobile exhaust system. It can convert harmful gases such as CO, HC and NOX emitted from automobile exhaust into harmless carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen through oxidation and reduction. . The three-way catalytic converter was originally made of iron tubes. With the continuous improvement of spinning technology, most of the three-way catalytic converters on the market are made of stainless steel tubes. It is higher than iron. Because the tensile strength of stainless steel is relatively large and the required spinning pressure is greater, the phenomenon of insufficient clamping force of the fixture is prone to occur. Affect the production efficiency and quality of the product.

The car muffler is mainly used to reduce the noise generated during the operation of the engine of a motor vehicle. The principle is that the car exhaust pipe is composed of two pipes of different lengths.
