Common problems and solutions of turning and milling cnc lathe
Turning and milling cnc lathe is a multifunctional lathe that integrates functions of a lathe and a milling machine. When using it, you may encounter some common problems. The following are some common problems and solutions for turning and milling CNC lathes.
1. Inconsistent distance between turning tool and cutting surface
Solution: Check whether the fixture is stable and adjust it. You can reinstall the tool or readjust the height of lathe.
2. Too shallow or too deep milling depth
Solution: Properly adjust the feed rate and tool speed, change the milling depth. At the same time, you should consider strengthening lubrication and cooling to reduce frictional heat.
3. Chip accumulation.
Solution: Clean up chips in time, check whether the cutting oil pipeline is unblocked, and ensure sufficient lubrication and cooling.
4. Large processing size deviation of parts
Solution: First check whether the tool, fixture, and workpiece are positioned correctly and whether they are loose. If necessary, workpiece need to be re-clamped and adjust processing parameters, cutting speed and feed speed
5. Reduced lathe accuracy
Solution: Regularly check the various indicators of the lathe and perform maintenance, including checking the cleanliness and lubrication of the guide rails and lead screws, and replacing worn parts in time to ensure that the lathe is in good working condition.
In short, problems existing in the turning and milling cnc lathe should be discovered in time and effective measures should be taken to solve them, so as to ensure normal operation of lathe and improve production efficiency and processing quality.
