Servo electric spindle

Conduct finite element analysis of the spindle box, optimize the structure, 

and use the thermal balance external compensation technology of the electric spindle system.

Based on the temperature of the spindle component's steady-state thermal analysis, 

the thermal ribs are reasonably arranged on the box and cooled by oil cooling circulation to achieve uniform heat 

dissipation. 

The thermal stability of the machining process realizes the high stiffness and high precision requirements of the 

spindle.
